Advise for staying up longer?

Hi

I just got filmed this morning. It was at the end of my quick 30min session but my muscles were a bit sore after quite a few jumps.

This was my 12th session on this setup. Last year I used my Imdiana 1100p setup about 40 times.

I am on a Gong Ultra Trail 4xl with 77cm mast now. I needed about 5 sessions to tacke starting from this platform .fter a long winter break and brand new setup.

My starting platform is only ankered on a single point and therefore requires a lot of attention during the starting phase to gain speed and height. Running starts would be pointless.

I know I reverse start. I started doing this by intuition and can't think about starting different on this platform.

What I noticed:

- I know I was too low. At some point I gained hight but it seems I went up too quick and lost speed.

- It feels better when pumping in headwinds instead of tailwinds. Probably because I percieve wind in mymface as more speed?

- It looka like I have a lot of tension. I never feel that during the run though.

- My upper body is leaning too much.

-I never started using my arms because it always feeld awkward. I just use them for balancimg.

What else do you notice?

Cheers
