Ljubljana university dilemma

Hello :)) I'm a student from Serbia and I'm currently in my 4th year of highschool, I am interested in studying in ljubljana, either biochemistry (fkkt) or laboratory biomedicine (pharmacy faculty).
Recently i began thinking that maybe I won't have enough points to get accepted into either, my average grade in the third year was 4.67/5.00 and my estimate for this year is 4.85 or 4.92 (since i have less subjects to hinder me). I know that the matura is also calculated into the final score, but I'm not too worried about not doing well on it. My question is, are my school grades enough to set me back from other students who will apply?? can something like the research station Petnica help with the overall impression about me??

edit: i want to specify that my 3rd year score is 14.01/15, plus my 4th year could be somewhere around 28/30, since the school grades count for 30% of the final score.
