A small letter of appreciation
This is a short letter of appreciation so if I break any rules in this sub, I am sorry. I just want to share the story about my Mac Studio.
Six months ago one of my best friends took his life. In his farewell-letter he told his family that I would take care of "all the technical stuff". It's a long story and this is the wrong sub for that, but now his Studio M1 Max (32GB/500GB) is my streaming box and living room computer. Fully aware it's total overkill for streaming Netflux and Plex; but we used to talk and joke about having it for just that, so here it is.. doing something a Raspberry Pie could do. I guess I just want to say that appreciate what you got, love your friends, and use your computers until you cant. ❤️
P.S. The plant on top is for reflecting the electrical whining noise from the fans that bounce off the wall from behind. 😄
P.P.S. The cats name was "Solitaire" aka "Solo" aka "Miss underfoot". My sidekick from 2001 until 2019.😺
