I just finished season 4 last night and WOW there is a lot to unpack (I was born the year this show ended so I have no one to talk about this with lol)

First of all - the star of the show aka Kimberly Shaw. I may be biased bc I love Marcia so much but her acting is beyond words INCREDIBLE. The fact she didn't win an Emmy for her role on this show is insane to me. From her blowing up the building to the psych ward and Henry to Betsy running a mental hospital and kidnapping Peter??? Iconic. The scenes of Michael thinking she as Betsy is the housewives fantasy he told her about is genuinely hilarious. Same with her at the victim boot camp she went to last season 😭

I will say although it's funny it's so sad how Michael truly made her derail and lose her mind. The scene of him talking her out of Betsy and she finally comes to, her not believing anyone loves her.. I cried ngl. I know Kimmy is crazy but I’m just obsessed with her. I know she doesn't get killed off until S5 but her flatlining made me gasp

Poor poor Jane, seeing Jo and Richard get together and then he rapes her and they bury him alive allegedly.. the end of the finale with his hand coming out of the dirt shook me. However - Jane and Jake are the oddest couple and I don't get it at all honestly

Sydney's fashion this season was... a choice I think the leather jacket/edgy vibe suits her so much more. I love watching her but I wish she had more character development :(

Peter is so hot I love him and the fact he genuinely cares about Kim. I do like him and Amanda together

Just when I thought Billy couldn't be more insufferable he turns into a cocky big shot at work treating everyone in his path like shit and acting like a snake. He seems to be calming down now but my god I thought he couldn't get worse and he did!

Speaking of insufferable oh my GOD I’m so glad they killed off Brooke. I love Kristin and she definitely killed her performance as Brooke but my god I wanted to throw my remote at the tv every time I heard her whining. Her dad was hot tho

I know a lot of the characters get killed off season 5 which makes me sad but I will keep chugging along hehe

I finished desperate housewives a few months ago and I loveeeee Marcia Cross so I decided to watch this since her and Doug are in it. I gotta say the first half of season 1 was a doozy but I’m glad I kept it pushing bc this show is WILD (I’m halfway through season 3)

I miss Jo and Jake together they were the hottest and best couple by far

Billy and Allison are honestly insufferable I have no idea how the actor who plays Billy got casted bc he's a blubbering idiot my GOD. I will say Allison when she's drunk is much more likable

Mixed feelings on Jane, I feel bad for what Michael and Sydney did to her but oh my god she's so boring and stupid most of the time

LOVEEE Sydney she's so much fun to watch her storylines are always intriguing

Michael and Kim are truly made for each other in a sick way but they're fun to watch too. The wig reveal made me scream out loud. I know she gets even crazier next season so I’m excited to watch that play out

Amanda is a level 10 bitch but again she's fun to watch especially when she puts Allison in her place

I’m at the point where Kim steals Jo's baby and BREASTFEEDS HIM????? and Bruce hangs himself in the office... yikes

Random side note I think it's interesting that Jane and Sydney actually look alike? Same with their mom lol
