Modified I_Anki (2025) vs MangoMedic V2.0 for NEET PG / INI-CET 2027? Hit a wall, need advice 🫶🏽

Been using Anki daily for a few weeks now while prepping for NEET PG / INI-CET 2027. I’ve tested out both Modified I_Anki (2025) and MangoMedic, but I’m honestly stuck in decision paralysis on which one to make my main deck. Before committing to months of daily reviews, I’d love to hear from anyone who has used either (or both) during their prep.
For context, I’m working with ADR plexus offline classes and MarrowQ-Banks.
Questions for anyone who’s used these decks:
If you used MangoMedic, what did you use for the 1st and 2nd year pre-clinical subjects ? Did juggling two separate decks feel manageable long-term?
If you went with I_Anki, did you find the card styles and formatting easy to stick with for full-syllabus prep?
For someone starting their main push for 2027 right now, which approach would you recommend?
