I built a habit tracker that focuses on why we fail.
Hey everyone. I wanted to share my latest template because it came out of a huge personal frustration.
I’ve struggled at staying consistent with some habits, and honestly, even worse at remembering to check them off. Most trackers feel like this extra, annoying chore in my day that I eventually just abandon by week three.
So when I sat down to design this layout, I wanted to build something that did more than just give you a grid of empty checkboxes.
I’ve been using this system to actually "audit" my progress in phases. Instead of just seeing a blank spot where a habit should be, there’s dedicated space built into the layout to pause and reflect on why it didn't stick that week. On the flip side, it helps you see exactly why a habit is working so you can replicate that success for other routines. It makes the whole thing feel less like an obligation and more like a quick, quiet check-in with yourself.
If you’re looking for a way to actually build habits instead of just watching them fail, you can check the rM Paper Pro version of this template: https://pathfounder.etsy.com/listing/4473990091/habit-tracker-template-for-remarkable
(I also have versions optimized for the rM2 and Move over on the shop if you need those!)
I'd love to hear how you guys keep your routines consistent on the rM, or if you've had to pivot your setup lately!
