For Self Promo / Feedback Thread

I make dark academia reading/study music: rainy library, fireplace, candlelight, no vocals. It’s not classic chillhop, more ambient study music, but I’d love feedback from people who listen to focus music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nb2AsdWBNnI

I made a no-vocals rainy library focus session — does ambience help you study?

I’ve been experimenting with study ambience instead of regular music: rain, fireplace, quiet library mood, no lyrics. Personally it helps me stay seated longer. Do you study better with silence, lo-fi, rain, classical, or ambience? I made one session here if anyone wants to test it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gO0gulww4TQ

Building a cross-asset factor scoring system across 80 signals - lessons from live implementation

been running this for a few months now, thought i'd share what we actually learned building it.

the setup: 80 factors across 8 categories (momentum, volatility, microstructure, on-chain, sentiment, liquidity, correlation, macro). each factor normalized to [-100, +100] via percentile rank against 90-day rolling history. composite = weighted average, weights adjusted quarterly by factor IC (info coefficient against 5-day forward returns).

what we're seeing today (live data):

- BTC composite: -12.7 (BEARISH, improved from -17.3 earlier in the session)

- ETH: -16.7

- SOL: -19.4 (weakest in the basket)

the interesting part isn't the composite score itself - it's the factor category breakdown. today BTC is bearish on volatility and microstructure but actually neutral-to-positive on on-chain (network activity holding up). that divergence matters. a composite number that hides the disagreement between factor categor

80 factors across 8 categories. What they're reading right now.

Built a multi-factor scoring system that runs 80 indicators simultaneously across 8 categories. Here's today's reading on BTC (same pattern on ETH and SOL):

Composite: -14.9/100 (BEARISH)

On-Chain: -0.333 | Volume: -0.317 | Momentum: -0.277

Sentiment: -0.143 | Volatility: -0.059 | Technical: -0.043

Top bearish factors: ICHIMOKU (-1.0), OBV (-1.0), WHALE_ACTIVITY (-1.0)

One holdout: MINER_FLOW (+1.0) - the lone bullish signal in a sea of red

What's interesting about MINER_FLOW diverging bullish while everything else is bearish? Historically this has been a leading indicator 2-3 days out. Curious if others track miner behavior as a contra signal.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been building a beta version of a market research and trading workflow app called ChimeraMiND.

The goal is simple: help traders organize the things they usually check before making a decision, instead of jumping between too many tabs, indicators, dashboards, and notes.

Right now the product focuses on:

- market context

- session behavior

- order flow signals

- sentiment/news context

- whale activity

- backtesting

- trade readiness

- risk-aware decision support

It’s still early, so I’m mainly looking for feedback from people who trade, backtest, follow crypto markets, or just like testing new tools.

I’d especially love feedback on:

- Is the landing page clear?

- Does the product make sense from the first screen?

- What feels useful vs unnecessary?

- What would make you trust or not trust a tool like this?

- Is the onboarding simple enough?

Beta is available here:

https://chimeramind.com

I’m not trying to pitch this as a magic trading bot. I’m trying to build a cleaner workflow for market analysis and trade preparation.

Any honest feedback would help a lot.
