Transferring to tech VIA rep with AP and Dual enrollment credits

I got waitlisted from tech and now I'm looking to apply through the REP program to gatech. I have a lot of my rep requirements done (seen at this link: Dual Degree and Regent's Transfer Programs Engineering Major Requirements | Undergraduate Admission ) through AP classes so once I take differentials I'll have the requirements.

However, I am confused if they want these requirements done as a college student or if they will accept the AP credit, because I'm sure they want to look at the grades in those classes too but all my grades for those classes are from High school.

Can you transfer to gatech through rep with the rep required credits accumulated while in high school through AP and dual enrollment classes?

REP Aero Transfer CHEM question

I was looking to see what classes are required to transfer through REP to tech for Aero and I saw that CHEM 1212k was required but when I see the degree requirements for it only CHEM 1310 is needed. So why do I need CHEM 1212k if I already have 1310...

I'm just trying to avoid taking chem in college since I already took AP chem and I KNOW I will be abs fried if I take that with statics and dif Q.
