Does anyone have local stockists that mark up significantly? I’m used to seeing a $2-5 markup, and because they are small businesses I totally understand and don’t think it’s a big deal. I just picked these up at a stockist I’ve never been to and all of the jelly’s were displayed in cases around the register so you couldn’t check the price without asking. I didn’t think much of it and was so excited for the golf ball and to pick a Viola in person so I just asked her to ring me up for them. The markup on viola was $12 and the golf ball was $9, before tax 😭 again, love supporting small businesses but I’ve been to lots of stockists that don’t mark up at all, or at most $2 so this seemed a little crazy. It’s just disheartening with the prices already being raised by jellycat so much, to add that much on top. And this place had such a good selection but I think it’s in part due to the prices.

Was anyone else surprised by Mooliet’s size? Maybe it’s just me bc I didn’t check the sizing feature on the jellycat site but was surprised when I saw her in person this morning. The pic doesn’t really do it justice but the bashful dogs below are the littles size, which are tiny and she’s about the same height, just wayyy wider. There isnt really a point to this, but I was between her and bashful calf and managed to snag bashful from an online retailer and was glad I did when I saw this bc she’s not as cuddle-shaped as I imagined.

Went to the paper store to get cards for a wedding and ended up going home with these 2 cuties
