For those of you that stayed overnight in Koyasan, what time did you arrive? Do you wish you had arrived earlier/later?

We won’t have time to explore the area/town after checking out, so we will only be able to explore before checking in on the day of arrival. We did book the night tour and are staying at Eko-in.

Would arriving at 11:30am be too early? Any lunch spot recommendations?
