The game has become so repetitive

It feels like I’m playing the same player with a different username every game. Every game is single mug double Texas stunt on defense, and pistol runs on offense, against every LTD that dropped this week. I like CUT but I’m getting burnt out lol

85/83 overall supercharged upgrades have me lost

Can someone explain these like I’m 5. It shows the upgrade goes to 99 but everything after 85 is grey’d out? Are these capped at 85/83 all year?? I get the program pillar just not the others.
