Tips for eating enough
Looking for tips to gain healthy weight. I’ve been trying to eat more healthier options and more meals spread out through the day. I’ve always had a weird relationship with food and have had an ED in the past. I’m working out 4 days per week but really haven’t seen much progress in 3 months.
My friend who’s been working out a lot longer than me says it’s mainly because I’m not eating enough still to see more progress. Any tips would be appreciated!
