RE: Identify Version of Errol Dunkley Tune "The whole Town is Talking"
I'm going crazy looking looking for a tune that is a version of Errol Dunkleys track 'The whole towns talking' or 'Please stop your Lying". The tune has a rolling baseline and starts of with the group in harmony singing - "shoop shoop shoop shoop shouya" then the main singer starts to sing alone "the whole town is talking about you and your new guy your flying high in your single world but your gonna miss me but your gonna miss me your gonna miss me and it wont be long". The song appeared on a 7" 45rpm and it seems to have a light blue and white possibly chequered label. The group is probably Jamaican rather than British and was may have been released in the 90's. I want to identify the track it starts playing in the youtube video available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-TCfg0Ess0&t=1276s at 20:50. Any help please
