Cough and laboured breathing

Daughter, female 3 year old. Approximately 30 lbs and 39 inches.

Started with a runny nose yesterday and coughing today.

Has had a temperature between 100. 7 and 101.7 in the last 6 hrs.

Taking genexa acetaminophen 5 ml and took 2.5 ml of bromfed dm twice.

We're out of town for a family medical emergency. While she was sleeping I went to pull her shirt down to cover her tummy and noticed her tummy and stomach moving faster than usual. I see a little retraction and also some at the neck. Should I be extremely worried?

Should I take her to the ER immediately or can I wait until morning?

Other than that she's been ok. Eating some and drinking.

The hospital in this town is horrible and we don't know where else to go, so we're wondering if it can wait till morning since she doesn't seem in any other kind of distress. I don't plan on sleeping much and I would be checking her every hour or more (we're already sharing a bed).

My husband thinks it can wait till morning, I'm a more anxious person and I start to panic and I'm not sure on what to do.

UPDATE: Sorry for the late update but we were at the ER until about an hour ago and of course I had absolutely no service. They put her on oxygen because her levels went as low as 86. Her heart rate was 189 when they first measured it. She Tested negative for flu COVID and RSV and also streptococcus. She has a double ear infections and they did X-rays of her chest. The Doctor said (verbatim) "she has a little walking pneumonia, for lack of better explanation it's caused by a cold but nothing too concerning" He prescribed 8.5 ml amoxicillin 3x a day, 10 days for the ear infections. Said to continue Bromfed and possibly Zyrtec/cleratine to dry out the cough, Tylenol for fever and that was it. Told me to come back if she gets worse. They did an Albuterol breathing treatment there, and I think that helped a bit so I ended up asking to do those "at home" and he finally agreed on it just now on the phone. She was definitely better when discharged but she's still having some of the retraction and laboured breathing, just not as bad as it was this morning. This is why the antibiotic alone just didn't sit very well with me. I'm not 100% happy with the way she was treated and sent home, especially after reading some of these comments. I'm not sure what to do next. I asked for advice from her doctor back home, but she won't do anything without an in person appointment. I'm pretty stressed out, also cause we are in a super small town and I'm even having a hard time finding a nebulizer 😔 I'm open to more suggestions 🙏🏻 and thank you for all the help so far!
