To be honest, not a fan of the my father blue. All I get is pepper and some salt. And it seemed to take away the dusty funk I like from the Smokeye hill.
Pretty solid pairing. The sweetness of the brulee offset the bitter oak finish of the Hakushu. Complementary pairing for sure 👍🏼.
