37 F - felt I had for a couple of years started thinning slightly at the front. I could see my scalp easier and my my has very thin hair and baldness at the front of her hairline. Started monoxydil and spiro tablet. This is my journey from early Jan to now (late May). Nearly 6 months. Not a massive difference but I’m happy, and on a low dose haven’t increased it yet. So feeling very positive!!
