Assistance for emptynester

Hi, wasn’t sure how to title this but I have been struggling for too long trying to get my home repairs and updated so I can get roommates to help pay my bills. There seems to be one set back after another, electrical work not completed and unable to get them to return. Leaky pex pipe repaired and sprung another leak. May or may not be completely repaired. Kitchen fire related to electrical need to replace cabinets and counter. I have had 3 different companies come and work on the yard. I have paid about 2500 dollars to get it to a point when I could care for it. I am just getting well enough to begin this process. The electrical problem is due to several things skipped in wiring such as a light switch and exterior light. The main box is confusing in that the two dedicated to the range are not actually the range. Near the one the one next to it is attached but for electrical outlets. When I flipped the breaker I noticed this. The range hood was on the same circuit as the dishwasher. There is another secondary box in garage. For some reason it will cause things to not turn on. This box also has two breakers in the main box that are attached together. One of them is for the range. I have been without a kitchen for a long time. I have done some work myself but the electrical work is far beyond my skill set. I would like to have a qualified electrician come and tell me exactly what it is going to take to repair this correctly and for how much. I also need to make sure the leak is repaired correctly and then need someone to look at the floor to see the extent of damage and give me a price for that to be repaired. The blackberries are between my and my neighbors who have chickens and I am not sure what can be done that will permanently rid there of the blackberries. I also have some painting to get done. If anyone has any advice for me or leads or can help please message me. I am in amity. Rotted floor due to said leak and putting out the fire. I am actually in Amity. Thanks
