How can one of our condo board members serve from jail?

I am truly confused. Michael Raul Bilecky, has recently been charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography and remains in jail since February 28 on a separate criminal matter involving 9 counts of 2nd degree rape.

Currently, he is still listed as a director on the Board at 4620 North Park Avenue. The lack of coverage is certainly worrisome for those who own or reside in the building. Please share with those affected/who may be affected.

My question is: how could this be? I’ve alerted the management and they say “there is nothing we can do.” But…he’s not attending any meetings, not materially participating. How is he not kicked off? Help me make it make sense.

How can I adjust these iPhone shots using binocular as a lens?

Some of my favorite shots from June 4 visit to a local park. My question is: steadiness is a challenge for binocular as lens shots (these are all capture using my iPhone) so I know more practice or a tool to attach the phone to the binoc will help for sure—but the other piece that makes these shots challenging for me, and honestly, the reason I enjoy them, is adjusting the binocular magnification once I add the iPhone lens to the view. The magnification that works best for my eyes when I frame the shot is not the same as for the phone. Can anyone help me understand why this is? I think if I understood the Y it might help me adjust the settings for different lighting conditions. For reference these were all taken at/around dusk/golden hour on a clear sunny day.

The very last shot I’m bummed came out a little grainy, but the light was almost gone at that point. It was after sunset so all I was getting was the last light and it was behind many trees that I caught these two in that position so I don’t think there’s much I could’ve done about the light setting or framing.
