Just tried Skinny Louie for the first time and found it to be an overall much better burger and experience than 7th Street. Skinny Louie nailed the crispy lacey edge, fries had the McDonald's smell and were crispy, and more seating than 7th St. I think 7th St uses better buns but will still probably be taking my monthly or so burger craving to Skinny Louie.
