DHCP ON or OFF on Creston devices?
In our portal, some devices show offline when they are actually on. Time/region is set correctly. If we change the DHCP to ON, and allocate the MAC and IP in DHCP manager to retain, it changes to ONLINE.
Anyone know why if DHCP is set to OFF a device shows OFFLINE? Changing to ON fixes it. We did this on a dozen devices but still have a few left.
Example: NVX DM-NVX-360 Firmware Version 7.1.5259.00087
