What it takes to Finish Slumber Shindig

Once you finish the main line (Sleepover Essentials), the final item rewards you with a birdhouse-looking thing. When you tap it, you'll get 4 locked rabbits. Building up to a rabbit takes 128 sleep masks. Finishing everything requires unlocking all 4 rabbits, or 512 more sleep masks. But even if that's not possible, unlocking one or two of the rabbits is worth it:

  • Unlock 1 rabbit: 128 sleep masks. Reward: 5 star dazzling pack

  • Unlock 2 rabbits: 256 sleep masks. Reward: Finish 2nd line (Friends Forever), which also finishes the game for 200 energy

  • Unlock 4 rabbits: 512 sleep masks. Reward: rainbow gem

I did it, but I don't feel good about it

I'm F2P, level 157. After two weeks of completing 280 reviews, the requirement for the third star went up to 335. At 12 good reviews per cycle, that's 4 review cycles per day. It took a lot of time and resources, and it can't right down to the wire (finished my last two goals with less than an hour remaining.)

Time

Usually I limit myself to a 14-hour window per day so I just have one flaming frenzy each day. But to get to 335 reviews I had to log in later to get that energy. And then I ended up staying up way later than I should have. And I spent more time playing during the day than I normally would. I took some time away from work, family, and exercise. Just a few minutes here and there, but I don't like that.

Resources

I cashed in duplicate stars, all my medals, energy cauldrons from the mini games, red bottles I've had in storage, and luckily a bunch of completed sets in the album. Usually I save all the mini game resources so I get hundreds of energy when the games finish. That's useful for the 24-hr games that follow, and now I have nothing left.

So I got the third star, but I don't think it was worth it. I definitely won't be doing that again, as this week's goals are 335 again. Just figured I'd share my experience.

Colton's Suitcase (Final Friendship Reward)

I finally got to level 30 of Colton's friendship and claimed his suitcase. After receiving the max fries, tea, and cake in level 29, this was a little underwhelming.

That was harder than usual, right?

I'm F2P, level 156, with 11 orange trees. I usually complete all the mini games easily (I got the final rainbow gem in the current millennium game two days ago). I've never not finished clearing the entire trail, but for this one I wasn't even close. I rescued Sam but barely made a dent in the rest of the board.

This was my first time with the recharging energy, but I watched it and always kept it below 150 so it charged the entire time the game was available. I finished 280+ orders last week. Not sure what else I could have done.

How'd you all do?

Missing Ingredient

We have a board where we write our dinners for the week. At the top, we write things we're out of to make sure we get those on our next grocery run (you can see part of applesauce). My wife has no idea what else she wrote, and I don't either. It's gotta be a food item, we don't write anything else up here. Any ideas?
