Long Haul Today— Looking for Encouragement!

Off across the pond tonight for a big UK/Euro trip—as you know, I have a tough tough time and the long ones are hard. Any one else on a long haul tonight? Or had recent experiences they can share for support? Always happy too to get a thumbs up from the pilots. Thanks all!
