ADHD and don't care

Has anyone gotten an ADHD diagnosis to prove they have it but have no ambition to start medicating themselves for it?

Should you be in character?

Just had a quick question.

When going into an audition or doing a self tape:

Should you just be in character the whole time like for your slate or when saying hello to casting agents.

Does it throw people off or ruin the illusion to see your regular self first. lets say your a bubbly personality and the character is darker. Waiting for action to just jump into character seems a bit jarring

Would it be better to just present the character from the get go. That way you kinda end up getting a chance to show off what you got before you even get to the scripted scene in an audition or self tape?

Or

is it more of an advantage to show that you can actually act and transform into a character and play someone else because they will see the difference between your natural self bubbly self and the darker character?

I do a weird method for sourdough

So basically I've been making 2 loaves of sourdough sandwich bread a week in loaf tins for breakfast toast.

My process:

Every morning I add a 20g scoop of wholegrain flour, 20+g filtered water (I eyeball it) to a covered jar, I do not discard any of the starter.

My starter can sometimes smell very eggy/sulphurish but is alive and isn't growing mold or discolouring just has that strong tang fart smell.

I don't use the starter for the rise just for some flavour so I just dump the sourdough starter into the mix (If I want it to be really sour I might leave it in the fridge overnight for the second fermentation rise)

When I go to make my weekly loaves the recipe I use is:

700g flour (500g Strong, 200g Wholemeal)

400g water

300g starter

Yeast sachet 7g

Sea Salt & White Pepper (to taste)

Honey (a good squeeze)

Olive oil (a good glug)

Machine mix, 1hr rise, put into tins and leave to rise again, bake for 35mins

Does anyone else use this kinda method where they don't discard any starter just keep feeding it bit by bit each day, then dump it into the bread mix?

Been baking bread weekly like this for 2 years now using the same starter and everything seems fine
