Accidentally dairy-ed myself

It sucks, but I'm glad it happened! I've recently cut out gluten and dairy and have noticed a complete 180 in symptoms doctors have been shrugging off for 2+ years.

My mom hasn't been convinced this is necessary, and keeps telling people things like "Oh, she won't eat that, she doesn't want to eat dairy." or "Don't ask her, she doesn't want gluten." in a clearly judgmental/rage baity way lol.

She kept telling me I should reintroduce it just to be sure. Well, I did, accidentally. Definitely reaffirmed my decision to cut it out, lol!
