Not sure what tag to be under!

Hey y'all, I meet the standards for SSI pretty much to the letter aside from the 2k asset limit. I'm meeting with a phone rep in the next week, but I'm going to be well under that limit sometime in this next week (moving for a better hospital+care, travel costs). When do I need to be under the limit? Is it right at the meeting time or later when they verify my bank account? Thanks!
