Wisdom tooth removal and root canal needed

I started getting pretty severe tooth pain this past weekend. I am currently unemployed and without insurance. I visited the Good Neighbor House to get checked on. They said I needed a wisdom tooth removed as it has grown in and is impacting the tooth beside it.

They referred me to a specialist who quoted me between $1300-$3000 to remove the one tooth and root canal the one next to it.

Is there anyone who has been in a similar experience who could refer me to an office who could help me with a lower no insurance bill?

What is the best way to fix this?

This is the work of the previous owner. But the drain stem is at an angle and it leaks where it meets the p trap.
