Body pain and aches in recovery

I am in recovery (quasi recovery for a year and now all in for the last month). I’ve gained weight and recently been experiencing body aches and pains. The pain is generalized throughout my whole body, but I would say my legs are most affected. It’s like a pulsing deep ache as well as pain in my joints. I am also feeling weak. For example, it’s hard for me to pick up a pot without feeling pain.

I am wondering if this is a normal part of recovery or if this is an indication of damage I have done from undereating?

Anyone else experience this?

Success of IUI

I am on my way towards recovery but not quite there yet. I lost my period 3 years ago. I had my first period back 2 months ago and then it never came back. I am trying to get pregnant so in addition to going all in, I just completed my first medicated cycle of IUI. I am wondering if any others have had success with IUI in the context of HA?
