Hello everyone , im looking to stock up on gaskets for the series 1 but I am unsure what size it is, can anyone help me out? Are the ones on amazon compatible with the series 1 espresso machine?
I’m using the shardor 64mm with the fellow ES1 and an 8 bar profile with a ramp down. I set the grind settings for the day and they been shifting day by day , For example, I was at 78 on my shardor yesterday and got a nice shot that took 30 seconds, and today with the same settings this morning the pressure shot up to nine bar with the same settings I had dialed in yesterday , I had to go to 79 today , is anyone else experiencing this or could it be that my burrs are misaligned?
