This dealership is trying to markup sport touring a lot. Are these add ons worth more than $1000 on total?

I’m interested in the white crumbly paste like substance between the bending joint of the ductwork. orange stained paper in the back is probably asbestos but the white stuff? I found crumbs on the floor.
