Did you ever make peace with your starch intolerance?

I mean starch is an inexpensive and readily available energy source, often already prepared or easy to make yourself. Not being able to consume it feels like a burden - like a handicap in life.

In order to obtain the few individual benefits that starch offers in terms of muscle glycogen and mineral retention, someone has to eat copious amounts of sugar to the point where it's not palatable anymore.

It seems that for these people the only way to break free from glucose dependency is the keto diet, although it's known that this status is absolutely suboptimal - just like the other.
