Just curious. Anyone out there in Gilbert looking to spite their kids and sell their beautiful home for dirt cheap?

If so, you're in luck and I'd love to sell my smaller home and buy a bigger one for our growing family! We've just about reached the limit to our 'starter home' and find that today's housing market is crazy.

If you're looking to off load your 'big ol family home' to spite your entitled offspring at a major discount, just reach out.

If your grown children keep talking about your home as their inheritance before you've even begun planning your retirement vacations, I'd like to make a proposal. Sell me your delightful over sized home at a delightful discount and get the much needed reprieve of constant "mine mine mine" conversations. You'll enjoy the peace of mind knowing those conversations are off the table and relaxation can begin. Your entitled offspring will learn a valuable lesson that inheritance isn't guaranteed, a family can afford a house they comfortably fit in, and you have a little bit of spending money for those far off secluded vacations - everyone wins!!

Looking for a song that doesn't seem to exist

I heard a song on the radio one morning while getting ready for school 1999-ish). I was curling my hair and flipping through the stations and had to stop fidgeting with the radio because I burned myself. It landed on a local country station (Phoenix area) and this sweet little melody was playing.

At the time I didn't listen to country music, but I found myself leaving the station on in hopes that I'd hear the song again. Maybe once or twice more, I heard it. And never again.

Country is my favorite genre now. The song had the likeness of Diamond Rio or Shenandoah.

This is all I can remember:

"Auburn hair and hazel eyes. I'm still feeling butterflies and I can't stop thinkin' 'bout that"

Do you know what it is?
