Any Suggestions On How to Become an RN (even with a subpar GPA?) EMT-FDNY route?

So I have an Associates Degree in Applied Science Liberal Arts & Math (this is because I didn't get into the AAS Nursing program at my local community college), then I joined the military and went through LPN school... I passed my LPN nclex & am currently licensed in TX (since that's where the licensure for Army folks get); however once I finished AIT (or the army schooling), I went back home (to the state of NY), & i *tried* (believe me I TRIED....) to transfer over my LPN license to NYS, but i just could not, even after calling the state office of professions, I'd get this nasty lady who would hang up on me! (and lucky for her, i could NOT make the drive up to Albany from NYC just to see her d*mb*ss face!! >_< anyway... ffw to today, I am STILL trying to become an RN, and I've been applying to schools, but they've all been rejecting me, even with my schooling from the Army... ANY suggestions on how I can become an RN? I'm starting to think maybe it just aint for me... (even though I do look after my grandparents, and manage their healthcare & meds, take their BP at home)... I've looked into online, but most of them are RN-BSN courses (I currently only have an LPN), and even then, I'd like to go back to the schooling part, because I pretty much forgot a whole lot things in the time I graduated from the Army's school till today (its been 9 years now?) ....

I started the application process to become an FDNY EMT, thinking that it would give me some experience before going back to school & whatnot.... (just don't know how much of my time I'm expected to give to the FDNY). Tbh, I was also doing it for the health insurance, as I got medically boarded out of the military (& there goes my health coverage along with it.... 😣)

I also found this online school (LPN-RN); not sure why I haven't started it yet, but it looks somewhat promising, based on the reviews.

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Should I Message the salon owner??

So I went to get my eyebrows done, & usually recently, I've gotten them waxed. Now for whatever reason, the lady that was there ended up saying "I'm so sorry; next time you wait, or else it's too hot outside, mix with sweat"... tbh I couldn't quite understand what she was trying to say, but nonetheless, I ended up with BURNED EYEBROWS! I didn't quite realize it till I left and hours later, I'm feeling it....

Now my question is, should I reach out to the eyebrow salon owner, as I have her ph# & we know each other from wayyy back (~10+ years back). I'd hate to get the lady who did them in trouble, but cmon like WTH?! How do you burn someone's eyebrow area like THIS???

TIA...
