Hey, did anyone receive a message from kings on WhatsApp staring they are personal student enquiry officers for you and to ask them if you have any questions?

I got a message but when I replied there was no follow up. Is this legit? Or some issue from Kings side?

I'm not sure whether to trust the number since I have no idea if it's true or not.

A tough decsion to make.. should I do my undergrad in IR at KCL or Edinburgh? Got offers from both but unable to pick one. Would love if I got some help from students already going there/doing the course. Which one should I choose?
