I really should just look at the rent rolls and figure this out. However, I am still trying to get my bearings on looking at the financials. Is there a way for me to get a graph like the one above out of Yardi? If not, is there a way to get the data? I am going to reports and going down the list, but I can't find anything like the one I made up in this image.
Hi, the PM I am working with has $50,000 in delinquent tenant fees. I asked them how they are going to collect it. They said it will go to court, and they will try and collect it. After asking they wiped the past 8 month records from Yardi.
Should I forget going after this money? I want the records, and I want to hold them accountable, but I guess that will be hard? Does anyone have experience with this?

According to this image the charge type for this tenant is 07. It should be $185. However, the bill is $65. I am confused because none of the charge types match the amount on this report. Is this normal? I am worried that the PM is catching on to me asking all sorts of questions...I am worried there is a big ending...I guess it is just a fear.

What does this term mean in Yardi? I am a new asset manager, and I am looking at resident reports I see this term coming up in "reasons for move out." Is the PM not renewing their lease, or is the tenant choosing to not renew their lease?
