Phy did 10 adv qs on angular momentum

Total 90

Gng plz help me with angular momentum concept applications like ik the concept but idk how to apply it in qs ,nd when to apply?

Suggest me some nice videos on angular momentum (preferably <3hrs,but isokay)

And why do some qs get easily done by energy conv but not with angular momentum conv ?

Nd doing kinetics till adv pyqs enough right.?

Dont call me a larper gng ,i go to 7 to 9 coaching🤡 so this much is reasonable 🥀

I nvr really do update but today im doin

Spent yesterday nd today in thinking nd timepassing

Tmrws exam so wrote a 57 q pyq test on rbd phys(3hrs time)

Dont know why but the website is somewhat ahh like its showing q i didnt marked as marked and gave negative marks for some even tho they were correct in soln

Total around 120 140 out off 230

Those were only adv pyq q and i couldn't do em🥀

Overall i couldn't sit for straight 3hrs😭,in offline too i sleep for 1hr and write exam for 2hr,

Asking yall for some advice

1)how to focus while studying

2)how to focus while writing an exam an inc it from 2hrs to at least 2.5hrs😭

3)how to rectify errors should i directly solve em again or just see the soln

4)should i do pyq tests or just solve em normally?

5)how actually get good at phy(like solvin qs)(it has been ahh for straight 2 yrs🥀)

(Resources i did for rbd,

For inertia i did hcv solved examples and some objs

Nd for rbd combined i only did 30 to 50 sbt qs)

6)Tbh i didnt gave time to rbd like i said recently i have been very much distracted, wasted time procrastinating nd overthinking if this goes on my all 3 subjects might get ruined

7)how to dec self doubt
