Found two pristine Intel 1602A UV-EPROMs with grey traces. The perfect partner for an Intel 4004!

Just picked up these two beautiful Intel 1602A 256x8-bit EPROMs from 1975 (Date Code F0514). They are in incredible condition with the classic white ceramic body and visible grey traces.

These were the go-to programmable memory chips used alongside the Intel 4004 processor in the early days of computing (MCS-4 system).

Since I previously found some sealed C4004s, it's great to have the corresponding memory chips to complete the historical picture. Anyone else restoring an early Intel system with these?

Found two Intel C4004 processors with grey traces. Thought you might appreciate this piece of computing history!

Just came across these two gorgeous Intel C4004 ceramic chips in their original shipping blister. These are the legendary white ceramic variants with visible grey traces.

The batch numbers/codes visible on the gold caps are B1721 and F0564.

Absolutely thrilled with this find. Does anyone have more specific information on the exact manufacturing dates or plants for these codes?
