I’ve done some internet research and apparently getting canned kidney beans, and draining and washing them well, can be the least offensive of the beans in terms of nickel content. Apparently the nickel seeps out over time? I don’t know how accurate this is.
I’m curious if any of yall tolerate kidney beans still. This would be huge for me because I could easily get a ton of fiber from beans.
