Chronic bi-pedal pain

48yo, male, 6-1”, 190lb

Been dealing with horrific feet pain for about a year. I’ve done the podiatrist visits and every insert you can get.

I gave discoloration on both inner ankles that looks like bruising. I sent that picture to the podiatrist to ask if that could be a symptom of underlying issue. They said they are ordering a vein scan next. Why didn’t they look at that during the exam!!!!!

Can anyone give me suggestion ? I am desperate, I am an industrial engineer who must be mobile and walk upward 8-9 miles a day. Sometimes I’m in one spot for extended periids and I am in agony, to a point where I can’t focus which makes everthing 100x worse-DANGEROUS as I’m always working with high voltage machines.

I’ve been given Gabapentin and Celecoxib which both haven’t helped much. The gaba makes me feel loopy which I hate.

AWS/ cloud related code

The ability to connect PLCs and industrial equipment to cloud platforms, pull real-time production data from assembly lines and conveyors, and push that data into AWS, SQL databases, and analytics platforms seems to be where a lot of the industry is headed.

What surprises me is that the only system I’ve personally worked with that does this uses a $200 CLICK PLC, MQTT, and a Zebra RFID reader.

I’ve connected to the SQL database and can see every bottle that’s ever passed the RFID scanner stored there. What really blows my mind is how simple the JSON script is!

Surely there are more mainstream industrial solutions for this. Does Allen-Bradley use similar technology, or is there a different architecture that most companies are using?

I’m curious what the industry standard looks like for these types of applications and what technologies most people are using today and what companies specialize in it. A lot of the full stack software guys are coming to the PLC world. Projects like I’ve described in this post would be a great place for these guys.
