An applicant was given 221g again at the reinterview, because his wife received SNAP and WIC 7 years ago. The wife is a born US citizen! This is not fair.

DOS appeal
Just for my own peace of mind. Is it possible the reason for the appeal is to get Judge Vargas strict orders off their back so they can work on their trainings and new implementations? If they had accepted the vacature for almost 3 weeks and even worked on cases identification, why would they challenge Judge Vargas verdict now?
