Trying to keep this brief, but after a series of very unfortunate events in our current apartment my husband and I are looking to find a new apartment in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Does anyone have experience with the Woodbridge or Waters Edge apartments? They don't really seem to offer tours, and I'm trying to figure out if they are as nice as they seem or if we should scratch those from our list. We don't have a huge budget and really can't afford anything over $1200, and would prefer a 2 bed....so our options are pretty slim 😂
