Apparently the homeless have been slashing Hesco barrier fabric with a knife around Vintage Park. City and Borough of Juneau confirmed it during today's press conference (11 AM on Aug 12). They're repairing it now.
This affects Safeway, SEARHC, Riverside Senior Living, etc.
KTOO has a link to the press conference and references the knife slits. Sounds like CBJ has it under control.
