Entering my second season as a season ticket holder. I drive up for games from Cincinnati, where can I park and legally set up a tailgate if anywhere?

Hello, long time WDW visitor and we just booked our first cruise for this coming February. Just a weekend cruise on the Wish. We want to arrive a day early and just spend 1 night at a WDW deluxe resort (no parks, just pool and resort relaxing) mostly just for a little peace of mind not dealing with going straight from airport to cruise terminal.

My question is what is the best way for us to get the terminal from a WDW Resort hotel, I know there is a DCL Shuttle, but in your experience how does it compare to something like Mears or an Uber, or another option I may be unaware of. We are a family of 4, two adults, and two kids under 10.
