Does PTBO have a noise pollution by-law? I am referring to modified mufflers, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, trucks with no muffler.

2 people overdosed on Landsdowne in the Master Mechanic parking lot this morning. This stuff is not just downtown. I am fairly certain they died - no ambulance lights while loading the 2 people in, no movement, nothing.

We need to get serious with this - My opinion is not to blame the user. Blame the seller - anyone caught selling/trafficking jail for 5 years. Anyone who sells/trafficks and the drugs that are linked to a death, minimum of 15 years. Sounds harsh? I feel we need to do something harsh because what we are doing is not working.
