how the hell is every cloud dodging bhopal. I've been tracking weather cast for about 4 days it were suppose to rain on 29th but it didn't then the day after that again nothing its been happening for 4 days the same thing over and over . never have i seen any weather forecast gots so wrong so many times today early in the morning it said that it would rain at 10 am then when i check weather forecast it said that it would rain at 1pm and now it says at 3 to 5 pm . what the hell is even happening
