I recently bought this iPhone 6S with iOS 12.1.2 installed for 29 bucks. Since I don't have an iOS 12 device, it was a good deal for me. Moreover, it runs very fast on the 6S compared to an iPhone 6. The only issue is the dead pixel area on the screen. I think iOS 12 was one of the versions where this device ran the fastest and smoothest.
