Adam Brimhall --the real villain?

I probably been a little too obsessed with this whole thing and I've been listening to a lot of information, but in the shadows there's a name that I just keep seeing come up...Adam Brimhall. And I started getting curious and looking for it more. And the more I look for that name, the more it comes up at some of the most vital moments of this whole fiasco.

Adam is the son of Reed Brimhall, allegedly the 51%+ owner of Bricks and Minifigs (source: some video from EchoBaseNetwork...I don't remember exactly which one). The best timeline I have right now:

11/22/2024---Adam is the one (with Brandon Best copied on the interaction) in the entire chain of emails with Brian Mansell's attorney to tell him they wouldn't be returning any of the Legos (source: Reckless Ben Part 3 starting at 28:22. You have to pause the video briefly before each email blurs)

12/5/2025---Adam happens to be at the smoke shop and had a conversation with Sheldon according to his written statement (source: BJC 7/10 Livestream starting at 2:37:04)

12/9-12/10--Ben and Sheldon go to the corporate office and talk with Ammon (source: dates on the security camera footage/body cam footage of the initial call Ammon makes to Medina Dore)

12/11/2025--Adam writes the statement about the 12/5 smoke shop convo and provides it to Medina Dore (again BJC 7/10 Livestream starting at 2:37:04) (I find the timing of these past 3 items very interesting because if he was following Sheldon he was following him before they initially went to corporate, which is creepier, and if he wasn't following him it's more coincidental because he wouldn't have even recognized Sheldon from him visiting the corporate offices---I have so many questions about this particular incident)

3/2/2026--Adam(possibly? It looks like him to me from the photos) accompanies Ammon to the police station to talk with Medina Dore (source: Reckless Ben Part 3 starting at 34:15)

3/8-3/11--- all the arrests and incidents in American Fork

So at every pivotal point in this entire situation, after the actual disappearance of the Legos, Adam was playing a key role (1. When addressing the theft initially with Brian Mansell 2. When deciding what to do about Ben and Sheldon coming to the corporate office (which has resulted in the Provo criminal case) 3. When talking to Medina Dore about a week before all the arrests in American Fork (and, especially after the release of the recent body cam footage, I wonder if Medina Dore was in contact with the American Fork police about this situation before those arrests/incidents or if she might have influenced the way the AF police acted at all))

He has also apparently been the New Franchise Onboarding Manager since 2022. Seems like the kind of position that would put someone in a good spot to oversee or plan corporate takeovers of franchises (just hypothetically speaking).

I don't know any inside information, but I have to wonder... Who is really pulling the strings of who in this whole saga? And why?

Ammon and Josh are loud and obnoxious liars and they keep doing categorically evil things on camera, but are they the ones who set the dominos in place?
