Is 100% VWCE still enough at a €100k portfolio size, or should I start adding other ETFs for further diversification?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been following a simple, long-term buy-and-hold strategy focusing entirely on a single global ETF: Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF (VWCE)

However, I'm wondering about a few things as the sum grows:

  1. Broker / Issuer Concentration: Is keeping €100k+ in a single ETF issuer (Vanguard) or a single fund a potential risk, or is fund concentration a non-issue due to UCITS segregated asset protections?
  2. Further Diversification: Does it make sense to start adding other ETFs to cover market segments that VWCE underweights or excludes (e.g., small-cap value, additional factor tilts, or an MSCI ACWI IMI equivalent like SPYI), or does that just add unnecessary complexity without meaningful yield/risk benefits?
  3. Multi-Fund Strategy: For those with portfolios over €100k, do you stay 100% in a single all-world ETF, or do you split your core equity holdings across two different global funds (or issuers) just for peace of mind?
I’d love to hear how others managing similar portfolio sizes handle this—whether you stick strictly to "VWCE and chill" or start splitting as the account balance grows.
    Thanks for any insights!
