Will we see the full variety of vehicles from the first Brigador in Brigador Killers? Are those local to Novo Solo or will we see even more new vehicles?

Been lurking this sub for a bit, and looking at the options. There's a lot of them. Experienced users, which EUC you getting with a 3-4k budget? (Canadian currency) I'm around 200lbs and would be looking to travel 30-40 kms a day eventually.
