Defense played absolutely lights out today 2 turnovers, d line played great, a few “big” plays let up but it was late in the fourth. Game ball to Batoon and company. Shoutout to Dotson and Greco for their picks!!!

Passing game was a bit inconsistent today but Simmons still got it done, I wouldn’t even call the pick his fault it was tipped up but the best part was it didn’t rattle his confidence. Some odd misses here and there especially on the deep ball but Lee balled out

Story of the game though has to be Robert’s, he’s an absolute monster. 432 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns in 2 games. WOW

Gonna need to get healthy and maintain this level of consistency cause the schedule only gets harder from here. Thoughts? MIZZZZZZZ 💛🖤

We have no clutch at all. This coaching staff time and time again has shown us why we’re an average team at best. We start off slow, get hot, get a lead and then go uber conservative. Zero discipline with penalties, horrible play calling towards the end. This is exactly like the bama game last year. WERE UP 7 AND WE START RUNNING THE BALL AND GETTING SLOW. So many chances to win the game and just year after year it’s heartbreak man. Idk what to say anymore. MIZ

Edit: took a min to chill and think about the game. It was a fantastic game with lots of questionable calls on both sides and I’m happy with how we did on offense AT MOMENTS same thing with our defense but it really just boils down to coaching, we have the pieces and we got outcoached. When does the tide change? Is it next week against a good Florida team or do we lose again. Tonight showed me we can be competitive but we’ve known that for 3 years now, if these wins don’t start happening then we’ve absolutely hit our ceiling

Shoutout to Robert’s and the special teams today only. Defense was fine but inconsistent. Offense was absolutely horrendous. This is such an undisciplined team it’s insane to see how nothing changes on a week to week basis. I hope we clean it up because if not I don’t see us winning any of these SEC games. Thoughts?

Austin Simmons has great accuracy and throws the ball with nice velocity. Gonna be exciting to see him against better competition but he has total command of the offense. love our WR’s, Lee and Olugbude are gonna be an underrated duo. wasn’t too high on the o line or the d line tonight. RB’s did alright. We finally have some DB’s great job drink. Thank god for Blake Craig. Thoughts?
