hello! I’m hoping to get top surgery soon, but I’ll have to request the time off for it at my job. I don’t want to out myself, but I have to give some kind of reason for requesting the time off. I know I’ll have to say it’s some kind of surgery, since I won’t be able to lift my arms (part of my job is in a warehouse dealing with shipment.)
is there a similar procedure I could say I’m getting instead that would limit my upper movement? or a believable cover story that anyone’s used if they also had to give reason for their time off from work?
